WeteBrio Pro Art is provided as a downloadable software application. Softprix FZE grants you a non-exclusive, non-transferable license to use the software for personal or professional video editing. This license is tied to your account and is intended for single-seat use unless a multi-user or enterprise license has been formally acquired. Redistribution or unauthorized modification of the software's binary files is prohibited.
02 / ACCEPTABLE USE
By using WeteBrio Pro Art, you agree not to attempt to reverse engineer, decompile, or derive source code from the software's proprietary video engine. You are responsible for all content exported using the tool; Softprix FZE does not monitor user output but reserves the right to terminate license keys associated with illegal use or copyright infringement tools.
03 / WARRANTY & LIABILITY
The software is provided 'as is' without warranties of any kind, whether express or implied. Softprix FZE does not warrant that the software will be error-free or that it will meet your specific hardware requirements. In no event shall we be liable for any direct, indirect, or incidental damages arising from the use or inability to use WeteBrio Pro Art.
04 / REFUND POLICY
We offer a 30-day window for refund requests from the date of purchase. As WeteBrio Pro Art is a downloadable digital product, refunds are typically granted only if a verified technical issue prevents the software from operating on supported hardware and remains unresolved by our support team. Once a license key has been activated or the software has been successfully utilized for production, refunds may be denied at the company's discretion.
05 / GOVERNING LAW
These terms are governed by the laws of the Emirate of Sharjah and the federal laws of the United Arab Emirates. Any disputes related to the software license or these terms shall be settled within the exclusive jurisdiction of the courts of Sharjah, UAE.
